Comtempo – UI & UX Design – App & Website ________ UI/UX DESIGN LEAD ________ In June 2016, I joined the Comtempo team with the responsibility for creating new user interface and user experience for the parking app and its website. The app I was tasked with creating an smartphone app for drivers to be able to pay for their parking, buy pay as you go cellphone credits and read the newsletter. The app would display other services in the future, so each feature was planned to be scalable. I was to design the app including the navigation and interactions ensuring the design was in-line with the Comtempo branding and style. The website I was also responsible for creating the new website, providing UX expertise and aligning the brand to create a newly transformed responsive platform. I worked closely with the content creation team to localise content and assets to fit within dedicated components. I designed the visual framework, pages and banners for the site and ensured consistency throughout as well as conducting QA reviews within each sprint. I also provided user experience recommendations and came up with solutions using global components for each layout to ensure consistency across all platforms....

Skymidia – Visual Identity, UI & UX Design – Branding & Website ________ VISUAL, UI & UX DESIGN LEAD ________ Skymidia is an advertising company specialized in technology. They approach me in June 2013 with the challenge of rebranding their 10 years old logo, producing the complete stationery and also a responsive WordPress website (in Portuguese and, later on, in English). The company is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and was founded 16 years ago, with a strong presence on the Airports media and also creating innovative cellphone charges. Key features worked on I was responsible for creating the new website, providing UX expertise and aligning the brand to create a newly transformed responsive platform. Team work and stakeholder management I worked with project stakeholders to understand the business requirements for features, understanding any technical or process constraints, analysing any existing customer feedback and/or analytics. Exploration of the problem or opportunity Seeing what is possible but also what is most realistic/fitting for the business and platform setup. Exploring how the solution will work for however the client decides to interact with the website (keeping in mind localisation, devices, screen sizes). Buy in and sign off I presented UX and design to client stakeholders, from exploration stage to final sign off. Collating and balancing UX and design feedback from the stakeholder, coming up with solutions that meet the businesses needs without compromising on a positive user experience....
